Meet The Team

Waveney Enterprises is a charity situated in the heart of Beccles, Suffolk, supporting adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities in the Norfolk and Suffolk area.

David - Manager

David is Manager, Office Organiser and Cake Buyer at Waveney Enterprises. David ensures the day to day running of the workshop.

A Jack-of-all-trades, David is always on hand to solve problems. With a background in the Social Care Industry, he has worked with people from all walks of life. A commissioned and exhibited artist, David specialises in painting and wood work at Waveney Enterprises and is currently working towards a CQCF Level 5.

Sarah - Assistant Manager

Sarah is assistant manager, volunteer co-ordinator and Waveney Enterprises Creative Genius. With a BA honours degree in constructive textiles, she has a wealth of knowledge in the creative industries.

Sarah has been at Waveney Enterprises for eight years, always bringing fresh ideas for projects and inspiring service users to develop their skills. Sarah has an NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award (RMA) in Health and Social Care.

Rachel - Day Care Officer

Rachel is Waveney Enterprises Day Care Officer and Recycling Co-ordinator. With more than 20 years experience at the work shop, she has played a big part in making Waveney Enterprises what it is today. Rachel specialises in rugwork and patchwork and plans the day to day activities of our service users.

Rachel has an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and a Diploma in Social Service Studies.

All staff at Waveney Enterprises are highly trained and qualified.
Training is updated regularly to ensure a quality service is offered.
